1. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use the App. If you are under 18, you must have a parent or guardian's consent. By using the App, you represent that you meet these requirements.

2. License Grant

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to download, install, and use the App for your personal, non-commercial use on devices you own or control. This license is subject to your compliance with this EULA and any applicable App Store terms (including Apple's App Store Terms of Service and Google Play's Developer Distribution Agreement).

3. Subscriptions and In-App Purchases

The App offers the following auto-renewing subscription tiers:

• Basic (Free): Manage 1 team (max 24 players), 1 formation, track 2 matches.
• Manager (£1.99/month or £15/year): Manage 2 teams, unlimited formations, track 6 matches, draw on your tactics board.
• Club (£5.99/month on the App Store, £5.97/month on Google Play, or £45/year): Manage 6 teams, unlimited formations, unlimited matches, draw on your tactics board.

All subscriptions are billed through the platform you used to purchase (Apple App Store or Google Play Store). Subscriptions auto-renew at the end of each billing period unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Prices are set by Apple and Google and may vary slightly by platform.

Free trial: A 7-day free trial is available with no card required. When the 7 days are up the trial simply ends and you return to the Basic (Free) plan — it does not convert into a paid subscription and you will not be charged automatically. You can upgrade at any time during or after the trial.

4. Auto-Renewal and Cancellation

Auto-Renewal: Your subscription will automatically renew at the end of each billing cycle (monthly or yearly) and your chosen payment method will be charged through the App Store or Play Store unless auto-renewal is turned off.

Cancellation: You can cancel your subscription at any time. To cancel, go to your device settings:

• iOS: Settings > [your name] > Subscriptions > Grassroots Genius > Cancel Subscription
• Android: Google Play Store > Subscriptions > Grassroots Genius > Cancel Subscription

Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. You will continue to have access to paid features until the period ends. No refunds are provided for partial billing periods except where required by law.

UK Cooling-Off Period: Under UK consumer law, you have a statutory right to cancel your subscription within 14 days of purchase and receive a full refund, unless you have accessed the paid features immediately (in which case you waive this right). 5. Payment Processing (Apple Schedule 2 & Google Play)

All in-app purchases and subscription payments are processed by Apple Inc. (for iOS users) or Google LLC (for Android users) as our payment agent. Apple and Google are the merchants of record for all transactions. We are not responsible for any payment processing issues, refunds, or disputes — these must be handled through Apple's or Google's standard refund processes as applicable. Your purchase is subject to the applicable terms of service of Apple or Google.

6. Account Registration

You must create an account to use certain features of the App. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to update it as necessary.

7. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or attempt to derive the source code of the App.
• Modify, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works of the App.
• Use the App for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable law.
• Upload or share content that is harmful, abusive, harassing, defamatory, or infringing.
• Attempt to bypass any subscription restrictions, access controls, or payment mechanisms.
• Interfere with or disrupt the App's servers or networks.

8. User-Generated Content

You retain ownership of any tactics, formations, diagrams, and other content you create using the App ("User Content"). By submitting User Content, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, display, and store your User Content solely for the purpose of providing and improving the App. You represent that your User Content does not infringe any third-party rights. We reserve the right to remove any User Content that violates this EULA.

9. Intellectual Property

The App, including its code, design, graphics, logos, and branding, is owned by Grassroots Genius and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. This EULA does not transfer any ownership rights to you. You may not use our trademarks or branding without our prior written consent.

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not guarantee that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or that any tactics or content shared through the App are accurate or effective. Your use of the App is at your own risk.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Grassroots Genius shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or relating to your use of the App. Our total liability for any claim arising under this EULA shall not exceed the total amount you have paid us for subscriptions in the 12 months preceding the claim.

Nothing in this EULA excludes or limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be lawfully excluded or limited under UK law.

12. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the App at any time if you violate this EULA. Upon termination, your license to use the App ends immediately. Your User Content may be deleted after a reasonable period. If you wish to terminate your account, you may do so by contacting us or using the account deletion options in the App. Termination does not affect any subscription obligations already incurred.

13. Changes to This EULA

We may update this EULA from time to time. We will notify you of material changes via the App or by email. Your continued use of the App after the effective date of the changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated EULA. If you do not agree to the changes, you must stop using the App and cancel your subscription.

14. Governing Law

This EULA is governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising out of or relating to this EULA shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales. Nothing in this clause affects your statutory rights as a consumer under UK law.

15. Privacy
