Welcome to Grassroots Genius, a mobile app developed by Grassroots Genius that allows users to create and share sports tactics. These Terms and Conditions govern your use of the app.

By using Grassroots Genius, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the app. You must be at least 13 years old to use the app.

We grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use Grassroots Genius for personal use. You may not modify or distribute the app. The full terms of your software license, including details of paid subscription tiers and in-app purchases, are set out in our End User License Agreement (EULA).

You retain ownership of tactics you create but grant us a license to use and display them in the app. You are responsible for ensuring your content is legal and non-infringing. We may remove inappropriate content.

You may not upload harmful content, harass others, or attempt to hack the app. Violations may result in account suspension.

Grassroots Genius is provided “as is.” We do not guarantee the accuracy or effectiveness of tactics shared in the app.

We are not liable for damages arising from app use, including reliance on user-generated content.

We may suspend or terminate your access for violating these terms. Your content may be deleted upon termination.

These terms are governed by the laws of United Kingdom.

We may update these terms and will notify you of changes. Continued use constitutes acceptance.

If you purchase a paid subscription (Manager or Club tier), additional terms apply as set out in our End User License Agreement (EULA), including auto-renewal, cancellation, and refund terms. All payments are processed through the Apple App Store or Google Play Store.
